Dr. Ayoob is an internally recognized dietitian, who has worked extensively in the area of child nutrition, obesity, heart health and family dynamics for more than two decades. He maintains a clinical practice in New York City where he specializes in motivational counseling.

Keith is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He received his doctorate degree from Columbia University's Teachers College and his Master's from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His undergraduate work was completed at the University of California at Davis.

For nine years Dr. Ayoob served as a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. He is the author of the best-selling book, "The Uncle Sam Diet," the first book on the 2005 U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans. He is often sought after by top-tier media for his science-based, consumer friendly expertise regarding child nutrition, diet and obesity. Dr. Ayoob is frequently sought by media such as USA Today and ABC News for is practical, consumer-friendly advice on a variety of timely nutrition issues affecting children and adults.
